Chicago AI startup Greenshoe has raised $3 million in seed funding led by AIX Ventures with support from Hearst Level Up Ventures, Blueprint FTC and others to modernise SEC filings. Its AI-native platform automates research, drafting and structural analysis, helping legal and capital markets teams create accurate disclosure documents faster.
