The Oscar nomination for Greg P Russell in the best sound mixing category for the film '13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi' has been cancelled. Russell allegedly violated the Academy's regulations which state calling Academy members to promote a film or achievement is forbidden. The film will now be represented by Gary Summers, Jeffrey J Haboush and Mac Ruth.
