Chinese gaming company Beijing Kunlun Tech, the owner of Grindr, has agreed to sell the gay dating app to US-based San Vicente Acquisition for about $608 million. The deal comes after a US government panel asked Kunlun to sell Grindr because of national security concerns. Based in West Hollywood, California, Grindr has over 4.5 million daily active users.
