Authorised Share Capital increased from ₹20 crore to ₹45 crore, altering Clause V. Bonus shares were approved in a 2:1 ratio. Madhusudhan Kela family holding 6,90,000 shares will receive 13,80,000 shares for equity shareholders under Memorandum of Association.
