The Delhi government has announced that shops and establishments providing essential services, including grocery shops, can remain open 24x7. Further, online service providers have been allowed to deliver essential services and goods amid the 21-day lockdown. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal further said that mohalla clinics will continue to function but with all precautions.
