Groww shares gained 3% on June 2 after the company said Sebi approved State Street Global Advisors' proposed stake acquisition in Groww Asset Management. Following the deal, SSGA will hold 4.85% voting rights and a 22.94% economic interest in the AMC. The transaction had earlier received board and CCI approvals.
