The parent of stock broking firm Groww Billionbrains Garage Ventures' ₹6,632.3-crore initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on Tuesday. The company has fixed the price band for its public issue at ₹95-100 per share. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of 106 million equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 557.2 million shares.
