Stock broking firm Groww is set to file confidentially for an initial public offering (IPO) with markets regulator SEBI within the next two weeks, Moneycontrol reported. The firm is reportedly raising $150 million in funding at a post-money valuation of $7 billion from Singapore-based asset management firm GIC. The regulatory process is expected to take a few months for approval.
