GRSE reported strong FY26 performance with net profit rising 41.8% YoY to ₹747.93 crore and revenue jumping 38% to ₹7,002 crore. Q4 PAT also increased 24.1% to ₹303.20 crore. The defence PSU delivered eight warships during the year. Board recommended final dividend of ₹6.70, taking total FY26 dividend payout to ₹19.60 per share.
