State-run Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) has entered into two agreements for construction of multi-purpose vessels and for offshore platform and vessel design. It has signed a MoU with Aries marine for offshore platform and vessel design. This is to extend worldwide reach of the company in the offshore market.
