The Goods and Services Tax (GST) collection may top the ₹1.5-lakh-crore-mark from October, Revenue Secretary Tarun Bajaj said on Wednesday. "The revenue that we'll collect in October...I'm sure from that month onwards the CBIC on a regular basis shall deliver ₹1.5 trillion revenue for the government," Bajaj said. The government collected ₹1.43 lakh crore in revenue from GST in August.
