Four members of Doshi family, owners of Vardhman Jewellers, died in house fire in Gujarat's Godhra early Friday. The blaze, suspected to be caused by a short circuit, filled the closed house with smoke, leading to their deaths by suffocation. Fire teams broke in after neighbours alerted them. The family was to attend their son's engagement later that day.
