Gujarat Panchayat Department has launched the Mukhyamantri Nirmal Gram Yojana to improve sanitation and public health in rural areas, allocating ₹650 crore for its implementation across 667 villages in 12 districts. The initiative focuses on waste collection and management while also supporting infrastructure projects, including bridge construction to enhance connectivity in Narmada district.
