Gujarat Cotex is raising ₹42.73 crore through a rights issue priced at ₹5 per share in the ratio of 6:1, which will close on May 8. The proceeds will fund its premium hotel project, working capital, office purchase and business expansion. The company reported 54.7% revenue growth in 9MFY26.
