Gujarat Gas announced that the GSPC Group restructuring scheme has become effective from May 1, 2026 after MCA approval. Under the arrangement, GSPC and GSPL merge into Gujarat Gas, while gas transmission business shifts to GSPL Transmission. Gujarat Gas will be renamed Gujarat Energy Limited, creating an integrated diversified energy platform.
