Gujarat High Court quashed Customs Department's two show-cause notices issued to a chemical company, saying notices had been pending judgement since 15 and 13 years respectively. Quoting British rock band Pink Floyd's 1973 song 'Time', the order read, "And then one day you find, ten years have got behind you." The notices were issued on suspicion of mis-declaration of exports.
