Gujarat's 108 emergency service completes 20 years

Gujarat's 108 emergency service has completed 20 years, responding to nearly 1.99 crore emergencies and helping save over 19.66 lakh lives. The free ambulance network has travelled more than 62 crore km, handling medical, road accident, maternal and child emergencies. It currently dispatches an ambulance every 21 seconds across the state.
