Gujarat State Yoga Board will organise around 225 Summer Yoga Camps for children aged 7 to 15 from May 16 to 30. The initiative aims to promote healthy lifestyles, reduce excessive screen time, and encourage physical and mental well-being during summer vacations. Camps will include yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and activities focused on discipline and positivity.
