Seoul and Gurugram-based fintech startup True Balance has raised $23 million in a Series C funding round from Korean investors including NH Investment & Securities and IBK Capital. The company has raised over $60 million so far from investors including SoftBank Ventures Asia. It originally started as a mobile balance management company but has evolved into financial services.
