Buying properties in Gurugram has become costlier as the district administration has raised the circle rates by up to 30%. The new rates will be applicable from April 1, said an order by the District Collector. In Gurugram tehsil, the rate has been hiked by 20%, while there has been a 15-20% increase in Badshahpur tehsil.
