Gurugram-based car retailing startup Spinny has acquired Mumbai-based used car marketplace Truebil for an undisclosed amount. Entrackr reported that Kalaari-backed Truebil "has not been in good shape for the past 12-15 months" and that it had been in discussions with multiple firms for acquisition. Founded in 2015, Truebil sells certified used cars in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi.
