H.G. Infra Engineering expanded its solar portfolio by acquiring equity in eight solar project subsidiaries via a rights issue. Investing ₹2.39-3 crore in each, these Rajasthan-based entities, incorporated in June 2024, aim to operate solar power plants. These cash acquisitions, completed June 20, 2025, strengthen HGINFRA's renewable energy diversification and establish new solar facilities.
