Hackers are sending phishing emails for Twitter verification to lure users into revealing their usernames and password, TechCrunch reported. "Twitter's ongoing verification chaos is now a cybersecurity problem," TechCrunch's Zack Whittaker, who also received such an email, tweeted. Reuters and NBC News staff also confirmed receiving phishing emails.
