Google has confirmed that the major supply chain hack has led to the theft of Salesforce-stored data from over 200 companies. It was earlier disclosed that this hacking group, Scattered Lapsus$ Hunters, compromised the Salesforce data of certain customers through apps made by Gainsight. Crowdstrike also fired an employee for allegedly sharing the company's sensitive information with these hackers.
