E.l.f. Beauty is acquiring Hailey Bieber's cosmetics and skin-care line, Rhode in a $1 billion deal. According to Wall Street Journal, it agreed to pay Rhode's equity holders $800 million at closing, including $600 million in cash and $200 million in new shares of e.l.f. Beauty common stock. Hailey will serve as Rhode's Chief Creative Officer and Head of Innovation.
