An IndiGo flight, operating from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad, encountered a hailstorm during its descent towards Hyderabad which led to damaging its radome and windshields. However, the aircraft landed safely at the Rajiv Gandhi International (RGI) Airport with no reported injuries to passengers or crew. Hyderabad recently witnessed one of the strongest hailstorm events in the last many years.
