Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL), the manufacturer of Tejas aircraft, on Friday issued its first statement on the Tejas fighter jet crash at Dubai Air Show, which claimed the life of an IAF pilot. "HAL is deeply saddened by the loss of courageous IAF pilot…HAL expresses its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family," it said. A court of inquiry is being constituted.
