Haldiram Bhujiawala has acquired The Coffee Bean and Gelato Italiano franchise from private equity fund Everstone Capital-backed Pan India Food Solutions. Haldiram Bhujiawala CEO Manish Agarwal said it acquired around 90 stores as part of the deal and plans to expand the coffee chain and ice cream business. This is the first time it has acquired a food business.
