Halle Berry's ex-husband alleges she choked 12-yr-old son, seeks restraining order

Olivier Martinez filed a request for a temporary restraining order against ex-wife, actress Halle Berry, claiming she abused their 12-year-old son, Maceo. He claimed Berry physically abused Maceo by "jumping on him, putting her hands around his neck, and choking him". Halle's attorney denied the claims and said, "[Martinez] has a documented history of erratic, possessive, and violent behaviour".
