A Hamas delegation on Monday met with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov in Moscow to hold talks on the developments and preparations of the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement. Bogdanov, who is also Russian President Vladimir Putin's special envoy on the Middle East, told Hamas to keep its promise to release a Russian hostage from their captivity.
