A UN report said that there are "reasonable grounds to believe" rapes were committed during Hamas' October 7 attack on Israel. The report found clear and convincing information that sexual violence, including rape, sexualised torture, cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment has been committed. The UN report also claimed that at least two incidents relate to the rape of women's corpses.
