Scientist Dr Prahlada Ramarao, who played a pivotal role in developing the Akash missile system, said it was the happiest day of his life when he saw the system accurately and beautifully intercepting the drones sent by Pakistan. "The system worked beyond expectations...engaging incoming targets effectively," he said. On Friday, India said Pakistan fired nearly 300-400 Turkish drones.
