India-based Happiest Minds Technologies, which has about 5,000 employees, is planning to hire 1,300 software engineers, its biggest staff growth push ever, Co-founder Joseph Anantharaju said. The firm is also in talks with OpenAI-backer Microsoft for better access to ChatGPT, he said.
