A US Judge has ruled that 'Happy Birthday To You' song does not have a copyright and belongs to the public domain. The current copyright lies with Warner/Chappell Music Inc. but the song's original copyright obtained from the song's writers included only the tune and not lyrics of the song, the judge ascertained.
