Hardoi man arrested after beheading wife over affair suspicions

A 34-year-old man killed his 30-year-old wife while she was asleep in Uttar Pradesh's Hardoi early Wednesday, severing her head with a knife. He surrendered to the police shortly after committing the murder. Officials stated that the man suspected his wife of having an illicit affair, which led to frequent disputes between the couple in recent months.
