Consumer goods firm Reckitt Benckiser (India) has moved the Delhi High Court against Patanjali's Green Flush toilet cleaner over deceptive similarities with Reckitt Benckiser's Harpic. It has alleged that Patanjali not only copied the pattern and shape of Harpic bottle but also copied its label and usage instructions. Reckitt Benckiser has an 80% market share in toilet cleaner segment.
