England vice-captain Harry Brook blamed smog for failure in first T20I against India at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Brook, who scored 17 runs off 14 deliveries, said, "Varun Chakaravarthy is an exceptionally good bowler, tough to pick...I think actually with the smog the other night, it was a lot harder to pick as well." Brook was dismissed by Chakaravarthy.
