Adrienne Vaughan, the 45-year-old President of 'Harry Potter' books publisher Bloomsbury's USA branch, was killed after a speedboat she was on collided with a sailboat on Italy's Amalfi coast. Vaughan's boat crashed into the sailboat carrying about 85 people who were celebrating a wedding, following which she fell overboard and was fatally struck by one of the boat's propellers.
