Harsh Goenka reveals the story behind Benne's success

Industrialist and RPG Group Chairman Harsh Goenka talked about Benne and how the brand took itself from a 12-seater restaurant in Bandra to a nearly ₹350 crore business. He stated that Davangere-style butter dosa, small menu, electronic self-order, affordable and long queue helped create hype and attracted more customers, which led to the success of Benne.
