A Harvard University-led team has launched 'The Galileo Project' that will seek and investigate evidence that could represent defunct or still-active "extraterrestrial technological civilizations" using astronomical survey data and telescope observations. New algorithms using AI will be made to identify potential interstellar travellers, alien-built satellites and unidentified aerial phenomena.
