Haryana has approved a new HIV viral load testing lab at Panchkula Civil Hospital, its second such facility. Using existing Covid infrastructure, the centre will conduct around 15,000 tests annually. Funded by NACO, it will reduce delays, improve monitoring, and support timely treatment for HIV patients across the state.
