Haryana CM Manohar Lal congratulated the father of UPSC NDA and NA II exam topper on voice call. The topper, 17-year-old Anurag Sangwan, is a native of Haryana's Chandeni. The CM told his father that Anurag has glorified the name of the state. Lal assured him that he (the CM) would provide assistance to Anurag in the future, if needed.
