An IAS officer, identified as Dharmender Singh, was arrested from Gurugram in a corruption case on Monday, police said. Singh is accused of making irregularities in the construction of a building in Sonipat when he was municipal corporation commissioner. He had allegedly increased tender amount to ₹87 crore from around ₹52 crore. He will be produced in a court today.
