Haryana launches SAMRIDDHI to cut maternal, neonatal deaths

Haryana is implementing the SAMRIDDHI initiative to reduce maternal and neonatal deaths by digitally monitoring every pregnant woman from pregnancy to postpartum care. The system will identify high-risk pregnancies, send timely alerts and connect women with healthcare facilities. A state-level command centre and 102 Maternal and Child Health Call Centre will support monitoring and guidance.
