Haryana Police have arrested Dileep Kumar Raghav in the ₹160-crore Kotak Mahindra Bank fraud case after Panchkula Municipal Corporation flagged discrepancies in fixed deposit receipts held with the bank. Raghav, who was the bank's Relationship Manager at the time, is accused of sending false reports to the civic body regarding FDs, along with other key accused in the case.
