During a visit to Bhakra Nangal Dam, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann accused Haryana of trying to steal water from his state. "BJP sends BBMB (Bhakra Beas Management Board) to Nangal Dam everyday. Punjab is fighting at border. Where should we pay attention, there or here?" Mann said. The military asked for water in Rajasthan which Punjab supplied overnight, he added.
