The Haryana government is planning to declare the Mata Mansa Devi temple area a 'holy complex'. "There will be a complete ban on the sale of liquor in an area of about 2.5 km around the temple," CM Manohar Lal Khattar said. He also gave updates about a Sanskrit college and old age home being built on the temple premises.
