Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Friday said Turkey has decided to completely sever all commercial and economic ties with Israel and has closed its airspace to Israeli planes. Fidan stated that Turkish ships will no longer call at Israeli ports. He said that Ankara has joined a UN initiative urging a halt to arms and ammunition shipments to Israel.
