Kotak Mahindra Bank on Saturday clarified that it hasn't submitted a financial bid as part of disinvestment process relating to IDBI Bank. Reports had claimed that Kotak was among the bidders seeking to acquire a majority stake in the lender. The Central government and LIC, which collectively hold over 90% stake in IDBI Bank, plan to sell roughly 60% stake.
