Snapdeal CEO Kunal Bahl in a LinkedIn post said he has observed social media users "commenting about Snapdeal, and asking in amusement or befuddlement, 'But, who buys from Snapdeal?'". He added Snapdeal happens to be a brand that is not in the urban sub-consciousness. Bahl said Snapdeal's users "aren't looking for brands" and want combination of right product and price.
